- On-site technical support to end users (hardware, software and access).
- Management and attention to tickets through ServiceNow, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Management of IT assets (laptops, iPhones, monitors and peripherals).
- Preparation, configuration and assignment of equipment to users (imaging, validation and delivery).
- Collection,
safeguarding and control of equipment returned by offboarding or replacement.
- Execution of secure erasure of information on equipment (Secure Erase) prior to reuse or final disposal.
- Coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Registration, updating and validation of assets in corporate systems.
- Support in technological transition projects.
- Local stock management, equipment safeguarding and physical inventory control.
- Support for basic corporate applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.).
- Attention and follow-up to connectivity incidents, antivirus and account access.
- Constant communication with users, leaders and stakeholders to inform about status and solutions.
- Compliance with security processes, auditing and corporate policies.
