Inside Sales & Sales Support Representative — USA & LATAM

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Inside Sales & Sales Support Representative to support our commercial growth, primarily in the United States, while also assisting accounts across Latin America.
This full-time role combines sales support, account onboarding, relationship management, and proactive outreach. You will help Travel Advisors and agency partners move from registration to their first booking, increase repeat business, and make effective use of the Teldar Travel platform.
Working closely with the Americas sales team and internal departments, you will manage an assigned portfolio of developing accounts, coordinate follow-up on client needs, and maintain accurate account records. Weekly KPI reporting is a core responsibility , with clear accountability for activity, account activation, sales performance, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Account Onboarding
- Support the Americas sales team with day-to-day commercial activities, prioritizing U.S. accounts while providing additional coverage for LATAM.
- Monitor new account applications, review information for accuracy and completeness, coordinate required KYC documentation, and follow through on account setup across Salesforce, FMBO, and other internal platforms.
- Guide new partners through registration, access, platform orientation, and first-booking follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and current CRM records, including account details, outreach history, opportunities, next steps, and outstanding issues.
Account Engagement & Revenue Growth
- Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of smaller and emerging agency accounts through proactive calls,
emails, virtual meetings, and targeted follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to convert registered accounts into producing partners, reactivate inactive accounts, and increase booking frequency.
- Build relationships with Travel Advisors and agency owners to understand their business needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Communicate relevant promotions, product updates, and booking opportunities to encourage platform adoption and sales.
- Support the sales team with prospect follow-up, meeting coordination, and tracking commercial opportunities.
Partner Training & Service Coordination
- Deliver platform demonstrations and onboarding sessions that help partners confidently search, book, and use available tools.
- Serve as a reliable commercial point of contact, answering platform and account questions and coordinating with the appropriate teams on operational, technical, or accounting matters.
- Track unresolved issues, maintain timely communication with partners, and escalate when necessary.
- Gather client feedback and share recurring challenges, competitive insights, and product improvement opportunities with management.
Weekly KPI Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare and submit a weekly KPI report covering activity, results, progress against targets, and priorities for the following week.
- Track key measures, including:
- Outreach activity and meaningful client conversations.
- Account onboarding progress and pending requirements.
- Training sessions and platform demonstrations completed.
- First-booking conversions and reactivated accounts.
- Active producing accounts, booking volume, and sales revenue.
- Open client issues, follow-up status, and resolution progress.
- Highlight performance trends, barriers to conversion, and opportunities requiring management support.
- Maintain clear action plans and contribute to agreed individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or account management; experience in travel, hospitality, or B2B distribution is preferred.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish , with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Confidence engaging U.S. Travel Advisors and agency partners by phone, email, and video.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM, along with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to interpret basic sales data, monitor KPIs, and produce clear, accurate weekly reports.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize competing needs, and coordinate effectively across teams.
- A proactive commercial mindset, with a focus on customer relationships, account activation, and measurable sales results.
- Availability to work full-time during business hours aligned with the U.S. market and coordinate with LATAM partners as needed.
What Success Looks Like Success in this role means new partners are onboarded efficiently, more registered accounts become active bookers, existing partners increase repeat business, and client needs receive consistent follow-up. Accurate CRM records and timely weekly KPI reports should give the sales team a clear view of progress, challenges, and next steps.
