? About the Role
We're looking for an Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for families interested in ABA services.
In this role, you'll guide families through the intake process, answer questions, explain available services and care options, and maintain communication through calls and text messages. The position includes a guidance-focused sales component, primarily working with warm leads from ads, organic sources, and doctor referrals.
? Key Responsibilities
✨ Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective families
✨ Guide families through the ABA intake process
✨ Explain ABA services, insurance coverage, service areas, and care options
✨ Collect basic information required for intake
✨ Follow up with families through calls and text messages
✨ Answer questions and help families determine the appropriate next steps
✨ Manage a high volume of calls and ongoing follow-ups
✔ Previous experience with ABA services is strongly preferred
✔ Experience as an Intake Coordinator or Assessment Coordinator at an ABA company is a strong plus
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to interact comfortably with families
✔ Ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups
✔ Comfortable guiding families through a process and answering questions
