IQC (Incoming Quality Control)

Company Description:

Automotive manufacturing company dedicated to operational excellence, top-tier product quality, and international compliance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, Quality, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in incoming quality control (IQC), preferably in automotive.
- Solid knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP processes, and engineering drawing interpretation.
- Proficient with measurement tools & 8D problem-solving methodologies.
- Medium - Advanced English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and log incoming parts/materials against strict engineering specs.
- Address non-conformities with suppliers and internal quality engineering teams.
- Support first article inspections (FAI) and customer PPAP submissions.
- Perform root cause analysis and track incoming quality KPIs.
