We are seeking an IT Support Engineer for our manufacturing site. You will own factory network setup & troubleshooting, desktop/laptop installation, and on-site IT support to keep office & production systems stable.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain & configure factory network gear (switches, firewalls, AP, VPN), resolve network outages
- Handle structured cabling, cabinet management, weak-current & access control/monitoring links
- Install, repair & debug PCs/laptops, printers; resolve end-user desktop IT issues
- Server hardware inspection, fault diagnosis & part replacement; coordinate with HQ on virtualization maintenance
- IT asset management, maintain operation logs, follow IT security & compliance rules
- Quick response to IT emergencies to protect production continuity
Requirements
- Associate degree , Computer / Network / Electronic Communication related majors
- 3 years factory IT experience, manufacturing background preferred
- Solid TCP/IP knowledge; independent network fault troubleshooting capability
- Hands-on skills in cabling, hardware maintenance & equipment commissioning
- Language:English
- CCNA / HCIA network certification preferred
