We are seeking an experienced Discovery Paralegal with hands-on experience in Lemon Law cases to support attorneys throughout the litigation process. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with managing case files, discovery, and court filings in consumer protection matters.

Key Responsibilities

Support attorneys in handling Lemon Law litigation cases from intake through resolution. Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement documents. Manage case files, evidence, and correspondence; ensure all documents are properly organized and maintained.

Coordinate and track deadlines, hearings, depositions, and court dates. File documents with courts (e-filing) and serve parties in compliance with court rules. Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.

Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination.



Conduct legal and factual research related to Lemon Law statutes and consumer protection regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with specific exposure to Lemon Law cases. Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, and deadlines. Experience with e-filing systems and document management platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases. Proficient in MS Office and legal software (e.g., Filevine)..

Familiarity with state and federal Lemon Law statutes. Experience working in a fast-paced law firm environment. - Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys.
