Purpose

Lead the operational transformation of Legal & Compliance by managing its project portfolio, processes, technology, budget, and data. This role will provide greater visibility, efficiency, and consistency while enabling data-driven decision-making across the function.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Legal & Compliance project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve processes, governance frameworks, and operational standards across the legal function.
- Drive the adoption of Legal Tech solutions, acting as the operational owner of key platforms and supporting change management efforts.
- Manage the legal budget, external counsel spend, forecasts, and vendor relationships, providing transparency and cost control across the function.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that enable data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and action plans, escalating issues and driving accountability across stakeholders.
- Support corporate governance activities by coordinating reporting, tracking key commitments, and ensuring follow-through on critical actions.
- Build scalable operating models, knowledge management practices,



and reporting capabilities that enhance the effectiveness of the Legal & Compliance organization.

Qualifications

- 5 to 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in PMO, process transformation, or Legal Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience implementing systems, managing budgets, and developing performance indicators.
- Advanced Power BI and Excel skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
