We are looking for aBilingual Apple Sales Specialistwith previous commercial experience sellingApple products and solutionswithin the technology ecosystem.
The idóneo candidate has hands-on experience positioning Apple products with customers and/or business partners, understands the Apple portfolio from a commercial perspective, and is comfortable managing sales opportunities, quotations, follow-up and customer relationships.
This role requires a highly commercial, results-driven professional who can communicate confidently inboth English and Spanishand work in a fast-paced technology sales environment.Key Responsibilities
Sell and promoteApple products and solutionsto customers and/or channel partners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Apple products and configurations.
Develop and follow up on sales opportunities from initial contact through closing.
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals and provide timely follow-up.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers and business partners.
Manage assigned leads, accounts and sales pipeline.
Meet established revenue, margin and sales targets.
Coordinate internally with product, operations, commercial and technical teams to ensure an effective customer experience.




Maintain up-to-date knowledge of theApple product portfolio, commercial programs and technology ecosystem.
Participate in customer and partner meetings in both English and Spanish.
Maintain accurate opportunity and forecast information in the corresponding sales tools/CRM.Mandatory Requirements
Previous professional experience selling Apple products or solutions – mandatory.
Approximately1–3+ years of experience in technology sales, inside sales, channel sales or B2 B commercial roles.
Demonstrable knowledge of theApple product portfoliofrom a commercial perspective.
Experience selling tobusiness customers and/or through distributors, resellers or technology partners.
Experience managing quotations, sales opportunities and customer follow-up.
Fully bilingual English/Spanish, with the ability to conduct meetings, presentations and business conversations in English.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets and variable compensation.
Availability to work100% onsite.Highly Desirable
Experience working within atechnology distributor, Apple reseller, Apple partner, VAR, integrator or technology solutions companywould be highly valuable.
Experience with B2 B technology sales, channel management, account development, renewals, hardware/software solutions or corporate technology environments would also be relevant.For this position,being an Apple user or having worked in an Apple Store/retail environment alone does not necessarily meet the requirement.We are specifically looking for candidates with previous experiencecommercializing Apple products or solutions, ideally within aB2 B, distribution, reseller or technology channel environment.
