General Information:

- 10:00 pm - 6:00 am (2 days offs)
- Base salary : $2606 mxn
- Transportation Bonus (Direct to the payroll) $1000 mxn
- Commissions per sale

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound sales calls in a professional and empathetic manner
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain composure and professionalism in all interactions
- Adapt communication style to match different customer personalities and pacing

Requirements:

- Minimum 1+ year of call center experience (inbound sales preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage tone of voice (calm, clear, confident)
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence

Preferred Profile:

- More mature and professional communication style
- Ability to connect naturally with a customer base that includes older demographics
- Strong relationship-building skills
