Your Contribution

As the NA Time Management Process Owner (US, MX, CA), you will serve as the regional process owner and subject matter expert within the MAHLE COE for all Time Management processes across the United States and Mexico. This role is accountable for ensuring efficient, compliant, and accurate time management operations, including system governance, payroll integration, and continuous process improvement to support business and operational excellence.

- Collaborate closely with Payroll, Shared Services (SSC), HR, and other key stakeholders.

- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of remunerable time data for payroll processing across US &
- Mexico.

- Oversee complete and error-free attendance and absence evaluation in SAP.

- Reconcile and troubleshoot discrepancies that may lead to payroll errors and resolve issues within required timelines.

- Train, coach, and mentor SSC team members, providing guidance for Level 1 and Level 2 support, including documentation and knowledge transfer.

- Develop, implement, and maintain the regional strategy and governance model for time management processes.

- Own end-to-end Time Management processes, including supporting tools and technologies such as: Time collection devices (e.g., KABA time clocks, IVR) and Supporting systems and applications (e.g. SAP, UKG)

- Ensure processes are standardized, scalable, and aligned with various general, regional and country (US &

- MX) requirements.

- Partner with COEs, Payroll, regional and central HR &

- IT teams to support system updates, enhancements, and upgrades





Your Experience &

- Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field

- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience preferred in similar roles

- Advanced expertise in SAP Time Management, including timekeeping, attendance and absence management, work schedules, overtime processing, time evaluation, payroll integration, and system enhancements

- Fluent communication skills in English &
- Spanish with strong project management experience.

- Strong understanding of labor laws, union agreements, wage and hour regulations, overtime requirements, leave administration, and payroll compliance.
