and change management.Experience addressing security vulnerabilities and performing code reviews using tools such as SonarQube and/or Fortify.Experience with production incident management, including analysis, resolution, and follow-up.Experience working with critical applications and high-availability environments.Understanding of security, compliance, and governance standards within the banking/financial industry.Ability to collaborate with technical, functional, security, infrastructure, and business teams.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Proactive and results-oriented.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Adaptability to changing priorities and project demands.Ownership of assigned activities from development through production.Ability to work effectively in a SCRUM/Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Full Stack applications supporting biometric solutions.Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.Build and maintain frontend components using Angular.Develop and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL queries and database components.Implement integrations and APIs following enterprise development standards.Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with quality and security standards.Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, OpenShift,



and Kubernetes.Identify and remediate vulnerabilities reported through SonarQube/Fortify.Participate in production releases and deployments.Analyze and resolve production incidents, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation.Participate in SCRUM ceremonies, planning, estimation, and delivery activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.Experience5+ years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development and enterprise environments.Mandatory: Previous experience working in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in projects involving critical applications, production environments, security standards, and high-volume or high-availability systems.Why Join Us?
