We are looking for an EHS technician who ensure compliance with all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) legal requirements, while executing the EHS strategy to reduce workplace accidents within the plant.
Coordinate plant activities and walkthroughs based on the EHS Compliance Calendar and EHS Standard Work.
Lead the implementation and compliance of the plant's EHS Framework elements and EHS Performance components (Safety Pyramid), driving continuous improvement in safety, health, and environmental performance.
Role Responsibilities-Ensure legal compliancein accordance with the EHS Compliance Calendar.
-Coordinate and ensure the closure of corrective actionsthrough the EHS Benchmark Gensuite system.
-Lead internal ISO ***** auditsand Safety & Hygiene Committee inspections, as well as any previously established EHS plant walkthroughs.
-Lead and train all personnelon the various tools and methodologies within the EHS Framework.
-Request, coordinate, and monitor training programsrelated to applicable legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
-Supervise and ensure compliance across all departmentsregarding the plant's EHS Performance objectives (EHS Performance – EHS Pyramid).
