Masttro serves ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in more than 24 countries, with offices in North America, Europe, and Latin America.This role supports the execution of roadmap initiatives and ongoing product improvements, working closely with Senior Product Managers, Engineering, Client Experience and other internal teams to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, well documented and successfully delivered.Key Responsibilities / Main DutiesSupport roadmap initiatives from definition through release, ensuring scope, requirements, and dependencies are clearly documented.Translate product requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria that Engineering can act on.Maintain and groom assigned backlog items in Aha! and Azure DevOps, keeping status, priority, and documentation up to date.Coordinate QA, UAT, documentation and release activities across Product, Engineering, and client-facing teams.Support tactical product improvements, including smaller enhancements, defect triage, and usability fixes.Track progress on open items, follow up with stakeholders, and elevate risks or blockers early.Support stakeholder communication and internal training, including release notes, demos, and enablement materials.Helps analyze user feedback and product usage data to identify improvements, track performance metrics,



and contribute to product strategy.Build strong product and domain knowledge in order to take on initiatives with increasing autonomyEducationBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldProfessional Experience1–3 years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or a similar roleLanguage SkillsFluent in English and Spanish, with native-level proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both languagesCore CompetenciesStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlinesClear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiencesCollaborative approach to working across Product, Engineering, and client-facing teamsDesired Qualifications / ExperienceExperience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B softwareExperience working directly with engineering or other technical teamsExposure to wealth management, financial services, or other data-intensive platforms, prior exposure to these areas is beneficial but not required.Technical / Functional SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficiency with Figma for reviewing, annotating and referencing product designsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle tools such as Aha!
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar backlog and work-tracking toolsAbility to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting product documentationFamiliarity with Claude or other AI tools to support research, documentation, analysis, and product workflowsWork StyleAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with strong organization, time management and attention to detail.
