responsible for managing sub-categories and suppliers which entails conducting sourcing activities, running rfx’s and managing suppliers for indirect it categories (enterprise and business apps, saas/iaas, network infrastructure, hardware and it professional services)

- support the development and implementation of the category strategy and align the supplier portfolio together with the category lead.
- conduct market analyses and rfx’s in line with business requirements as identified with the stakeholder.
- conduct negotiations with suppliers in terms of delivery, quality and price. Manage and develop the supply base, to achieve our targets in delivery, quality, cost and innovation.
- maintain and develop relationships with strategic suppliers including contract management (nda's, long term- / supply contracts etc).
- monitor and manage influences on performance and achievements on the procurement’s kpis, in line with local requirements and rules.
- support in regional and general indirect procurement initiatives.





tasks and qualifications:

- bachelor’s degree ideally in it, supply chain management, or business;
- preferred 5 years of experience at a minimum in it procurement.
- indirect category management experience - strong understanding of it and software business and procurement concepts, including software licensing, cloud architecture, it labor sows, and software-as-a-service
- contract management skills; including a working understanding of contractual terms and conditions and risk mitigation
- knowledge and strong utilization of microsoft applications such as excel, powerpoint, and word.
- ability to communicate and collaborate with peers and management
- must be willing to travel to suppliers and/or other dematic locations as needed up to 10%.
- demonstrated values of collaboration, integrity, courage and excellence is required.
