We are looking for a legal assistant (Pasante ) interested in starting his professional development with us. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal professionals in various administrative and clerical task.

WORKING SCHEDULE:

9:00 - 14:00 hrs (Monday to friday)

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

1.



Manage and organize legal files, ensuring that all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible,
2. Follow-up of proceedings in local and federal courts, both physically and electronically,
3. Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to support attorneys in case preparations and legal opinions,
4. Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates, and manage attorney calendars,
5. Draft and proofread easy legal documents and correspondece;
6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information,

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. *Law undergraduate student (currently between the second and fifth semester),
2. *Advanced English,
3. Previous litigation experience (desired but not mandatory),
4. *Own car.
