Planning Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Planning Director to lead Demand & Supply Planning operations across multiple markets, driving excellence in forecasting, inventory optimization, S&OP; governance, and business performance. This role will be responsible for developing planning strategies that enable service, growth, and profitability objectives while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Demand and Supply Planning activities across multiple markets and business units.
- Drive the S&OP; process to ensure alignment between commercial, operational, and financial objectives.
- Develop forecasting strategies that improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
- Optimize inventory levels while maintaining targeted customer service levels.
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing,



and Supply Chain teams to support business growth.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across planning operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop planning teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Support strategic projects, business transformations, and digital planning initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Integrated Business Planning.
- Strong expertise in S&OP;, forecasting, inventory management, and capacity planning.
- Experience leading regional or multi-market planning organizations.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing large teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
