As a Pool Concierge, you’re not just assisting guests with special requests and services at the pool area – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

- Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Welcome guests and attend to their pool-related needs including, but not limited to, providing clean towels and repositioning chairs and/or umbrellas.
- Conduct rounds of the pool area and remain available to address any guest requests.
- Offer additional services: Promote the sale of Balinese beds,



bottles of wine and spa massages to increase the hotel's profitability.
- Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs
