The role requires troubleshooting hardware and software, performing IMAC changes, and assisting with VIP audio-visual and conferencing needs.You will handle L1 network issues, assist the backend team with server and application problems, work with vendors, and ensure SLA adherence.
Experience with Office 365 and IT inventory management is beneficial.
