- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and labor law matters. - Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing supply, construction, logistics, service and in general commercial agreements and legal documents. - Prepare corporate documents, including board and shareholders' resolutions, powers of attorney, and corporate records. - Maintain corporate books and legal files. - Assist with legal due diligence and document collection. - Support contract management and document execution processes in digital platforms. - Monitor legal and regulatory developments, licenses, permits. - Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information and supporting documentation. - Assist in preparing legal memoranda and presentations. - Perform other legal and administrative tasks assigned by the Legal Department. - Experience in international contracts
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience working at a law firm or as in-house counsel. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Bachelor's degree in law
