? We're Hiring | Project Engineer – Asian OEMs

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our automotive manufacturing team and lead key programs with Asian OEM customers.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field

✅ 3-5 years of Project Management experience in the automotive industry

✅ Experience with new product launches and cross-functional team coordination

✅ Experience working directly with OEMs or Tier 1 customers

✅ Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

✅ Experience with Nissan, Hyundai/Kia, Toyota, or Mazda

✅ Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, and Automotive Quality Core Tools

✅ Experience in Quality-related functions (Advanced, Supplier, or Customer Quality)

✅ Knowledge of plastic injection, painting, and assembly processes

✅ Experience coordinating teams across Mexico, North America, and Asia





Key Responsibilities: ?

Act as the main point of contact with customers

Lead projects from kick-off through PPAP, SOP, and production stabilization

Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Logistics teams

Manage timing, costs, engineering changes, risks, and recovery plans

Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements

Coordinate program transfers from China to Mexico.
