Orbis Agency, with more than 15 years of experience, is looking for its nextProject Manager.

Our agency works with clients across several Spanish-speaking countries, helping them meet their business and communication goals through corporate identity design, social media management, audiovisual content, digital marketing, and product design.

General Information

Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Age: 25-40 years old.

Gender: Open to all applicants.

- At least one year of experience usingClickUp as the primary project management platform.

- A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions.

- At least two years of previous experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a digital marketing agency or a related industry.

- Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media strategies, and campaign management.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure without losing attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

- Proficiency in additional tools such asGoogle Workspace, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools.

Required Skills and Experience





- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Experience creating and managing project timelines and budgets.

- Familiarity with design or editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud is desirable.

- Experience working with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate digital marketing projects for multiple clients.

- Plan, organize, and oversee tasks in ClickUp, ensuring that deadlines, deliverables, and project objectives are met.

- Collaborate closely with creative, design, social media, and web development teams.

- Assign tasks, monitor team progress, and ensure the successful delivery of each project.

- Track project KPIs and prepare detailed reports for clients and company leadership.

- Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients, providing high-quality service and ensuring their expectations are met.

- Take the initiative in solving problems, optimizing processes, and proposing continuous improvements to project management and internal operations.

- Monday through Friday.

- 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
