What are we looking for?

Specialize in Python, API integrations, ETL processes, software testing, and application deployments across Linux, OpenShift, and AWS environments.

Responsible for building scalable, reliable services; optimizing data processes using SQL and ETL; and integrating internal and external systems through APIs. Experienced in Agile methodologies—particularly Scrum—and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

MID SENIOR LEVEL - 4+ YOE in similar role

Location: This position is temporarily remote within the Guadalajara, Jalisco area; however, a return-to-office model will be implemented soon.

Candidates residing outside Guadalajara must be available and willing to relocate immediately.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Python applications, services, and automation workflows.




- Design, consume, and integrate REST APIs to connect platforms and systems.
- Build, schedule, and monitor ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Write efficient SQL queries and support data modeling, validation, and data-quality efforts.
- Implement unit, integration, and automated validation tests.
- Deploy, administer, and support applications on Linux servers, OpenShift, and AWS.
- Investigate incidents, resolve defects, and improve solution performance, stability, and security.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with business, infrastructure, data, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
