Key responsibilities

- Communicate with clients regarding QHSE requests, quality plans, site visits, audits, and tenders.
- Conduct periodic reviews and analyses of all QHSE data recorded in databases to ensure accuracy and currency; this includes managing statistics on failures, incidents, observations, inspections, audits, training, and other reports within the company’s QHSE reporting system.
- Develop a competent and motivated QHSE organization within the country.
- Develop QHSE initiatives involving clients, suppliers, and agencies.




- Devise plans to improve compliance with all company QHSE standards.
- Engage and secure the commitment of all managers to ensure QHSE is an integral part of the company's management responsibilities and objectives.
- Ensure all relevant QHSE documentation is up-to-date and available in accordance with regulations or company requirements.
- Ensure facility infrastructure aligns with company safety and HSE requirements.
- Guide and train employees in all aspects of the QHSE management system.
- Identify QHSE training needs and implement the training program in accordance with company requirements and applicable local legislation.
- Monitor and communicate QHSE objectives and results.
- Oversee and implement the company’s QHSE management system within the country.
- Participate in developing and monitoring compliance with QHSE policies, standards, procedures, and regulations.
- Plan, conduct, and assist with compliance audits and inspections.
- Promote the company’s QHSE leadership within the industry.
- Provide accurate QHSE data, analyze associated trends and metrics, and establish improvement plans as needed.
- Provide QHSE training as necessary.
