fontisenergy is seeking a Deck Supervisor to lead safe, efficient vessel loading/offloading and deck operations in our offshore drilling team.
You will supervise deck crews, oversee crane support, inspect rigging, maintain lift equipment, and ensure all procedures and logs comply with company standards.You will provide daily operating guidelines, conduct drills, ensure proper handovers between shifts, and train subordinates per the training matrix, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.
