Schedule and reschedule pickup and delivery appointments using appropriate reason codes.
Monitor freight in transit and anticipate rescheduling to avoid penalties.Documentation Management and Regulatory ComplianceProcess shipping documents in accordance with border customs import/export regulations.
Provide documentation to validate customer disputes.
Maintain updated records and files, code documents,



and compile operational data.Customer Communication and SupportConfirm product orders and coordinate delivery appointments.
Resolve appointment requests in locked-out areas and establish specific customer requirements.
Maximize customer satisfaction through proactive service.Interpersonal Relations and CollaborationBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
