Quality Planner

Location: Tetla, Tlaxcala, Mexico.

What are your main tasks?

- Execute and coordinate the activities described in the PDS system in order to guarantee the development of new projects in accordance with the quality requirements of the Grammer group.
- Participate in the definition of the matrix of special and/or critical characteristics for each product in the project phase.
- Apply customer-specific requirements to Grammer processes.
- Manage information exchange with customers, during the product launch.
- Preparation of inspection sheets, product quality criteria and inspection routes for new products, during the product launch.
- Manage approval activities by the CPM client (Note 1) - Full PPAP.
- Is responsible for the updating and execution of the Product Control Plans.




- Define control methods to ensure product quality.
- Manage and carry out inspections of the process and/or product according to the control plan and, authority to stop the process and/or non-conforming product detected, as well as stop suspicious shipments to comply with the requirements of the product.

- IATF 16949
- VDA 6.3 / 6.5

- Core tools

- Troubleshooting Tools

- Customer Portals

- SAP Knowledge
- Knowledge of production and materials (Cutting, sewing, plastic injection, foaming, assembly, stamping and painting process)
- Teamwork and effective communication.
- High sense of urgency.
- Industrial Engineer, Administration, Mechanical Engineer and/or End.
- Results-oriented, customer-oriented, communication skills, teamwork, leadership, personnel management.
- English (Able to establish a business conversation).
