The role supports benefits globally and reports to the VP, Integral Benefits in a small, cross-functional team.You will collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, and Procurement across regions, ensure compliance, update SOPs, and drive process improvements—often involving AI projects—to enhance the employee experience.
