Position: Retail Industry Director

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Salary: MXN $400,000 per month executive benefits package

Overview:

A leading multinational company in the retail sector is seeking an experienced Retail Industry Director to lead strategic operations, drive growth, and strengthen market positioning across Mexico. This role requires a visionary executive with a proven record in large-scale retail management, business transformation, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee national retail operations ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and customer experience at the highest standards.
- Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with global goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, logistics, and commercial divisions.
- Manage P&L;, budgets, and KPIs to ensure continuous growth and sustainability.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,



suppliers, and partners.
- Report directly to the Regional CEO and contribute to integral strategy alignment.

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in executive leadership within the retail industry, including multi-unit operations.
- Proven expertise in business expansion, omnichannel strategy, and profitability improvement.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced English level; international experience is a plus.

Compensation:

- Base salary: MXN $400,000 per month
