- Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Prospect and acquire new customers within the automotive, appliance, industrial and consumer goods sectors.
- Lead commercial activities related to
Tool Transfer projects from domestic and international customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and RFQ receipt to contract award and project launch.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 decision-makers.
- Generate, review and negotiate quotations, commercial proposals and supply agreements.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Program Management, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop sales forecasts and pipeline reports to support business planning.
- Represent the company at customer visits, trade shows, industry events and business meetings.
- Drive revenue growth while ensuring target profitability levels are achieved.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Key Account Management within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in plastic injection molding

- Proven experience developing new business in the automotive industry

- Experience managing RFQs, quotations and commercial negotiations.
