? Role Overview We are looking for SAP Support Consultants to join an ongoing SAP application support service within a large healthcare environment.

This role is focused on first-level SAP support , providing operational assistance to end users, managing support requests, handling user administration activities, and ensuring the efficient resolution of incidents within SAP ECC/R3 environments.

The adecuado candidate will have experience working in SAP support environments, managing tickets, supporting users, handling authorizations, and collaborating with second and third-level support teams when escalation is required.

? Responsibilities

- Provide first-level support for SAP ECC/R3 environments.
- Manage incoming tickets, incidents, and user requests.
- Process and resolve standard support cases independently.
- Perform incident triage and escalate complex issues to second and third-level support teams.
- Manage user administration activities, including password resets, account unlocks, user creation, and role assignments.
- Support authorization-related activities using existing roles and profiles.
- Monitor interfaces, IDocs, batch input processes, and operational alerts.
- Support recurring SAP FI period opening, closing, and locking activities.
- Participate in internal and customer meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities, incidents, and resolutions.




- Ensure effective communication with users and stakeholders while maintaining high service levels.

? Requirements

- 1–2+ years of hands-on SAP ECC/R3 support experience using SAP GUI.
- Experience working in SAP support, helpdesk, service desk, or application support environments.
- Experience with SAP user administration using SU01.
- Basic understanding of role and authorization management using PFCG.
- Experience with ITSM or ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Ability to work effectively in high-volume support environments handling multiple requests simultaneously.
- Experience performing incident classification, triage, and escalation.
- Experience supporting users with different levels of technical expertise.
- Basic knowledge of SAP FI, including:
- Company Codes
- Fiscal Year Variants
- Period Opening and Closing Activities
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Advanced English (C1 required).

- Previous experience in the healthcare sector.
- Experience supporting hospital groups or organizations with multiple company codes.
- Knowledge of IDoc monitoring, interfaces/EDI, and batch input processes.
- Exposure to SAP MM or SAP SD environments.
- German language skills.
- Experience working in international support environments.
