Oversee full accounting operations for IMMEX bonded maquiladora, fully grasp maquila in-bond processing model. Manage AP/AR, inventory matching, month-end close, production costing and financial statement drafting.

Complete all Mexican tax filings: federal & state taxes, IVA refund, DIOT, REPSE, IMSS & INFONAVIT declarations, and coordinate SAT audit responses.

Take charge of IMMEX customs finance compliance: track bonded raw materials and finished goods under maquila processing, reconcile import/export customs pedimentos, support yearly IMMEX renewal and drawback accounting.

Control cash flow, bank reconciliation, payroll calculation and production cost analysis; submit English financial reports to overseas headquarters regularly.

Build internal financial controls, lead junior accounting staff, ensure all financial procedures comply with IMMEX and maquila regulatory standards.

Requirements





Over 3 years end-to-end accounting experience in IMMEX maquiladora, deep familiarity with maquila incoming materials processing model, bonded import & export financial workflows.

Fluent English for daily cross-border communication and report writing; proficient in CONTPAQ and mainstream ERP systems.

Expertise in Mexican tax regulations, IVA recovery, DIOT filing and SAT inspection handling.

Strong cost analysis and customs audit coordination skills, meticulous and capable of independently solving maquila IMMEX financial risks.
