Ariston Saltillo is seeking a Senior Building & Utilities Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for the technical leadership, management, and continuous improvement of plant utilities, infrastructure, and facility expansion projects, supporting the growth and operational excellence of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the technical owner of all plant utility systems, including electrical distribution networks, substations and transformers, compressed air systems, natural gas and technical gases, industrial water systems, HVAC equipment, and related infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership for utility expansions and upgrade projects, including capacity studies, integration of new equipment, and development of infrastructure plans to support future manufacturing growth.
- Manage Building & Utilities projects from technical definition and RFQ preparation through supplier evaluation, installation, commissioning, and final handover, working closely with specialized vendors and contractors.
- Lead industrial building and infrastructure projects, including floors and foundations, structural modifications, roofing systems, drainage, ventilation, warehouse facilities, and plant expansion initiatives.
- Act as the senior technical authority when working with suppliers and contractors, challenging and validating technical solutions, quotations, installation methods, safety requirements, and quality standards to ensure optimal project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, capacity optimization, and sustainability across building and utility systems.

Profile description

Qualifications & Experience:





- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Facilities, Utilities, Building Infrastructure, or Industrial Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical expertise in industrial utility systems and facility infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing capital projects in active manufacturing plants.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and lead multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and specialized service providers.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional proficiency in English
