Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end finance management of the country channel business

Responsible for the full finance management cycle of the country’s channel business, including but not limited to channel transaction management, budgeting and financial tracking, settlement, AR/AP reconciliation, channel P&L; management, and channel customer profitability and business management models .

2. Develop a deep understanding of the business and provide finance business partnering

Develop a comprehensive understanding of overseas channel business models, customer structures and business operations. Demonstrate independent business judgment and provide financial insights, risk identification and decision support to the business.

3. Build and continuously optimize channel finance processes and management mechanisms

Independently design and establish finance processes and management mechanisms related to channel business. Identify risks and inefficiencies in existing business processes and systems, and drive process improvement, system optimization and issue resolution.

4. Drive business performance analysis and key project management

Provide financial analysis and decision support for key business metrics and strategic projects, including revenue, gross margin, expenses, inventory, accounts receivable, channel investments and ROI , to support management decision-making.

5. Develop into a key finance talent and contribute to team capability building

As a key finance talent,



progressively take on broader business and project responsibilities. Contribute to the development of team capabilities and help build a stronger and more independent finance organization.

Qualifications

1. Education & Professional Background

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management or a related discipline , with solid knowledge of accounting and financial management.

2. Professional Experience

5+ years of relevant finance experience , preferably with experience in retail, consumer electronics, FMCG, e-commerce, or channel business . Experience in FP&A;, business finance or commercial finance is preferred.

3. Business & Analytical Skills

Strong data sensitivity and business acumen, with the ability to identify issues from data, analyze root causes and drive solutions through to implementation.

4. Ownership & Project Management

Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, drive projects and deliver results under pressure.

5. Tools & Systems

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word , with strong data analysis and financial modeling capabilities.

6. Language Skills

Fluent in English , with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment, including written and verbal communication.

7. Spanish

Spanish proficiency is a strong plus , particularly the ability to communicate effectively in a local business environment.
