At Aditi Consulting, we are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join an international technology project and become part of a team working on complex web and mobile applications.

We are looking for a QA professional who can go beyond test execution and bring a strategic approach to product quality, test planning, risk identification, and continuous improvement while collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Design and develop test plans for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Execute and lead regression testing cycles, both manually and through automation.
- Evaluate test coverage and identify opportunities to improve testing strategies.
- Perform API testing and troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues, identifying whether the root cause is related to the client, server, or environment.
- Participate in and facilitate bug triages and bug bashes.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to proactively identify quality risks and feature interdependencies.
- Work closely with Software Engineers in Test (SETs) to define automation strategies and manage automation backlogs.
- Maintain testware, including test data, test cases, test plans, and testing guidelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase the efficiency and productivity of the QA team.
- Provide clear test execution progress reports, quality metrics,



and OKRs to keep stakeholders informed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Manual Testing.
- Strong experience testing complex applications across Web, Mobile, API, and Server environments.
- Hands-on experience developing test plans, executing manual tests, and reporting bugs for complex web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile testing ecosystems and troubleshooting.
- Experience with API testing using Postman or another equivalent tool.
- Experience using Xcode or Android Studio to troubleshoot and review mobile device logs.
- Experience with Grafana.
- Ability to develop basic-to-medium complexity automation test scripts.
- Proven experience improving testing efficiency through automation and improved testing strategies.
- Experience building systems and processes that improve the productivity of other Quality Engineers.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders.
- Advanced English communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience working closely with Software Engineers in Test (SETs).
- Experience facilitating bug triages and bug bashes.
- Experience working with complex products across multiple platforms and backend systems.
- Experience contributing to organization-wide Quality initiatives and best practices.
