At Impact Advisors Mexico, we are seeking for a Sharepoint & Microsoft 365 Developer to support the development, integration, administration, and continuous improvement of collaboration solutions used across a dynamic healthcare consulting environment.

This role is idóneo for a technology professional who combines strong development capabilities, platform administration expertise, and clear stakeholder communication to translate business needs into reliable, user-friendly solutions.

What You’ll Do

System Integration

- Connect SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams with external databases, REST APIs, and Azure cloud services.
- Design and maintain integrations that support secure and reliable information flow across Microsoft 365 and external platforms.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Application Development & Automation

- Develop and enhance solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, C#, and .NET.
- Build and consume REST APIs to support application and data integrations.
- Use PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Support workflow and productivity solutions across SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and Azure services.

Environment Administration

- Manage SharePoint Online sites, site collections, user permissions, security settings, and access controls.
- Support Microsoft Teams administration and collaboration environment configuration.
- Plan and execute data migrations while protecting information integrity and continuity.




- Partner with security and technology teams to maintain appropriate governance and platform standards.

User Support & Platform Optimization

- Troubleshoot technical issues across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and connected solutions.
- Monitor and optimize platform performance, usability, and adoption.
- Create clear technical documentation and user guidance.
- Train end-users and provide practical support that improves platform adoption and confidence.

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, C#, and .NET.
- Experience designing, developing, or consuming REST APIs.
- Proficiency with PowerShell for administration and automation.
- Deep familiarity with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience managing SharePoint Online sites, permissions, security settings, and data migrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration, organization, and ownership skills.
