Role Description The Spanish Teacher will deliver engaging, learner-centered Spanish lessons to individuals and small groups, ensuring instruction is tailored to different proficiency levels and learning styles. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching in-person classes, assessing learner progress, providing tutoring support, and giving constructive feedback to help participants improve fluency and confidence. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to refine curricula,



integrate interactive and technology-enhanced activities, and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Qualifications

- Ability to teach Spanish effectively, with strong skills in Spanish Teaching and general Teaching practices.
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design structured, goal-oriented learning experiences.
- Skill in providing individualized support and Tutoring to learners with diverse backgrounds and needs.
- High proficiency in Spanish and strong command of English for clear, professional communication.
- Relevant teaching certification and/or degree in Education, Languages, or a related field.
- Experience working with adults and young learners in classroom or virtual environments.
- Ability to use educational technology tools and adapt to innovative teaching methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices.
