Delivery manager – testing (temenos transact) location: cuautlancingo, puebla, mexico job type- full time about the role we're looking for a hands-on delivery manager to own end-to-end testing delivery for a temenos transact banking program, while acting as the primary client-facing coordinator for the account. This role will also flex into program manager responsibilities for integration services as engagement needs evolve. Key responsibilities drive end-to-end testing ownership: discovery → test design → test execution → automation testing → performance testing → documentation services coordinate and facilitate business/uat testing cycles with client stakeholders own defect management — triage, prioritization,



and resolution tracking through closure provide test leadership across a distributed team, working closely with offshore delivery and onsite client teams act as primary client coordinator for testing workstreams double up as program manager for integration services, as needed must-have qualifications hands-on experience managing temenos transact testing (minimum 1 full engagement) bilingual: english & spanish — fluent in read, write, and speak proven experience working across offshore delivery teams and direct client interaction demonstrated test leadership on a banking/financial services program
