what you'll be doing:

- leading all engineering and maintenance operations across the club
- designing preventive maintenance programs that ensure the longevity of every asset
- overseeing hvac, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- managing departmental budgets and vendor relationships
- training, mentoring, and growing a top-tier technical team
- ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards

we'd love to meet you if you have:

- a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, or related field); a master's is a plus




- 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering or facilities management, ideally in luxury hospitality, resorts, or private clubs
- solid expertise in preventive maintenance, utilities management, and energy efficiency
- strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach
- fluency in english and spanish
