Kohler Co. is seeking a Staff Engineer (Finishing Process) for its Sanimex Faucet Operation (SFO) in Juarez, Mexico. This onsite role leads plating and PVD manufacturing processes, drives capital projects, and supports global growth of Kohler’s faucet operations.
The adecuado candidate has a BS with ABET accreditation and 5+ years in plating/PVD finishing, plus a strong background in related engineering fields. Advanced PVD knowledge is a plus.
