The Impact You’ll Make

As a Security Coordinator, you will play a critical role in protecting our people, facilities, and business operations. Your work will help create a safe and secure environment where employees can focus on driving innovation and operational excellence.

You will lead site security initiatives, proactively identifying risks and implementing preventive measures that strengthen our overall security posture.

By partnering with teams across the organization, you will help ensure the continuity and resilience of our operations. In this role, you will also support key supply chain security programs and compliance requirements, helping maintain trusted partnerships and high standards across our business.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead site security operations and coordinate security activities to ensure the effective protection of people, facilities, and business assets.
- Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions to reduce security vulnerabilities and prevent recurrence.
- Manage and optimize security systems, including CCTV and access control technologies, to strengthen site protection and visibility.
- Drive security improvement projects involving infrastructure, technology, and administrative controls to enhance operational security.




- Partner with internal stakeholders, service providers, and external organizations to maintain security standards and support compliance initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience coordinating security operations in an industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or corporate environment.
- Proven ability to lead security teams or service providers while driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of security risk assessment, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and preventive security practices.
- Experience supporting supply chain security programs such as OEA and C-TPAT, including audits, compliance, or recertification activities.
- Working knowledge of security technologies, including CCTV and access control systems, with conversational English communication skills
