Tu Rol en Baxter:

- Supervisar la confiabilidad del inventario, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los controles y procedimientos establecidos para mantener la precisión entre el inventario físico y los registros del sistema.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento al programa de conteos cíclicos, verificando su ejecución oportuna, analizando diferencias y asegurando el cierre de discrepancias.




- Investigar discrepancias de inventario y liderar análisis de causa raíz, coordinando acciones correctivas y preventivas con las áreas involucradas para evitar recurrencias.
- Dar seguimiento a los KPI de inventarios, incluyendo confiabilidad de inventario, exactitud de transacciones, cumplimiento de conteos cíclicos y otras métricas aplicables, estableciendo planes de acción ante desviaciones.
- Coordinar con Almacén, Producción, Calidad, Planeación y otras áreas involucradas la resolución de situaciones que generen discrepancias o riesgos para la confiabilidad del inventario.

Requisitos:

- Experiencia de 3 a 5 años como Supervisor de Inventarios.
- Ingeniería o carrera terminada.
- Manejo de sistemas ERP/WMS y procesos transaccionales de inventario.
- Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado.
- Conocimiento de herramientas Lean, análisis de causa raíz y mejora continua.
