Accounts Receivable Supervisor / Supervisor de Cuentas por Cobrar (Hybrid)

:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee and optimize our credit and collection operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned account portfolios, facilitating timely payments, performing account reconciliations, and driving cash flow optimization while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage assigned account portfolios to ensure on-time invoice payments and effectively recover overdue receivables.
- Maintain direct communication with clients (via phone and email) regarding past-due accounts, deductions, credit memos, unapplied payments, and terms discrepancies.
- Perform account and bank reconciliations, including tracking unauthorized short payments and unassigned cash.
- Resolve customer disputes efficiently and collaborate with the Tax/Fiscal department regarding electronic invoicing (CFDI) requirements.
- Evaluate customer credit limits, analyze credit reports (e.g., D&B;), and make daily decisions on releasing or holding sales orders according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Management to resolve complex account issues and support corporate DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) objectives.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections.
- Languages:



Fluent / Professional Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory (interviews and daily business communication will be conducted in English).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ERP/accounting software.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles related to AR and basic credit risk assessment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits:

- Base Salary: $28,000 - $30,000 MXN gross per month (depending on experience).
- Food Vouchers (Vales de despensa): $1,200 MXN monthly.
- Vacation Premium: 50%.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
- Work Mode: Hybrid.
