We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Project Manager - Associate to lead complex corporate IT projects, manage global portfolio roadmaps, and drive continuous business process re-engineering. In this role, you will work independently to develop IT project plans, manage schedules and budgets, and direct cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with international manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional qualifications with a strong commercial focus are required.
- Experience: 8+ years of solid professional experience as a Project Manager leading IT initiatives, process improvement, and business re-engineering (preferably within a large, international corporate manufacturing environment).
- Language: Advanced / Fluent English (Non-negotiable. Excellent written, verbal, report-writing, and executive presentation capabilities are mandatory).
- System Acumen: Outstanding IT systems acumen, with strong preference for hands-on experience in Oracle ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Portfolio & Project Execution:



Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Partner with business and IT leadership to evaluate, prioritize, schedule, and execute project deliverables within corporate roadmaps.
- Process Re-engineering: Proactively identify and deliver worldwide process improvement opportunities, bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities.
- IT Governance & PMLC: Ensure full compliance with IT Governance, Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC), and Direct Charge methodologies from project concept, design, and execution to post-implementation review.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct, motivate, and coach cross-functional project teams, resolving technical bottlenecks, managing risks, cost-benefit analysis, and budgets.
- Knowledge Transfer: Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in target operational processes, preparing comprehensive documentation and detailed analysis to facilitate general knowledge transfer.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC), IT Governance frameworks, and risk mitigation.
- ERP & Systems: Proven exposure to complex enterprise architectures (Oracle ERP highly preferred).
- Leadership & Communication: Confident leader able to influence, motivate teams by example, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Compensation & Benefits Package (Above the Law):





- Direct hiring by Sanmina with an indefinite contract.
