VIRTUEL is an Operational Support Company that connects top bilingual professionals in Mexico with Real Estate and Property Management Companies across the United States.

We’re looking for a Technology and AI Operations Specialist to help our teams use technology more effectively across our real estate brokerage, property management, construction, and HVAC businesses.

Your main focus will be setting up Claude and AI tools for our teams, training staff to use it in their daily work, building integrations, and helping us select and roll out a project management platform. You’ll also handle our limited remote IT needs, including account and license management, troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors.

Responsibilities:

Set up Claude and develop practical AI workflows for each business.

Train staff in English and support them as they adopt new tools.

Build integrations and automations between our systems.

Evaluate project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp, then lead the rollout of the selected tool.

Manage SaaS accounts, access, and licenses.

Troubleshoot remote IT issues and coordinate with vendors when needed.

Meet weekly with company leadership to report progress, discuss challenges, and recommend where to invest next.

Requirements:





Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to train staff.

Hands-on experience using AI tools in a business setting (not just for personal use).

Experience implementing project management platforms (Asana, Monday, ClickUp or similar)

Familiarity with SaaS administration and automation tools such as Zapier or Make.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with teams across different businesses.

Preferred qualifications: Three or more years of experience in IT, systems administration, or technical consulting. Experience in real estate or construction is a plus, but not required.
