About the job

The Refrigeration Value Stream Leader is responsible for supporting the Production Manager in leading and coordinating all manufacturing activities within the refrigeration area. This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while meeting production, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives. The position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, developing high-performing teams, and achieving operational excellence within the refrigeration value stream.

- Lead daily operations within the refrigeration production area to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Support the Production Manager in executing production plans and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



manufacturing standards, and safety regulations.Coordinate cross-functional activities with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Human Resources.
- Develop and coach supervisors and production employees to build a high-performance culture.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Support problem-solving activities and root cause analysis for quality and production issues.
- Promote employee engagement, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the value stream.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing production teams.
- Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, appliance manufacturing, metal-mechanical, or assembly operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience with production planning, process improvement, quality systems, and performance management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- English proficiency is preferred.
