HostGenius is hiring a Billing Specialist to own the monthly client billing cycle for our property-management clients. You will run invoices, set up new clients in the system, and ensure accuracy across listings and rates, working with our VP of Operations.
This fully remote role spans the Americas (North/Central/South), 9am–5pm Pacific, Monday–Friday. Proficiency with AI tools and basic accounting software is expected, with strong English communication and meticulous attention to detail.
