As a Treasury Associate, you will focus on managing and optimizing a company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk. You will assist clients in making strategic decisions regarding investments, debt management, and capital structure within our Internal Firm Services practice. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.

You will adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope, using these experiences as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing cash flow and liquidity to support strategic financial decisions
- Conducting financial analysis and forecasting to guide investment and debt management strategies
- Analyzing financial trends and generating reports to inform business decisions
- Collaborating with team members to develop and implement treasury management solutions
- Monitoring and managing financial risks, including credit and market risk
- Structuring and evaluating debt and financing solutions to enhance capital structure
- Applying financial modeling techniques to assess profitability and cost of capital
- Supporting the reconciliation of cash accounts and internal financial reporting processes
- Engaging in active listening and feedback to enhance team collaboration and performance
- Developing a deeper understanding of financial instruments and policies to drive value for clients

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
