NetWork Volunteers is a USA company that organizes volunteer trips for schools and students across the U.S. and Latin America. We coordinate all of the logistics behind each trip: volunteer activities, accommodations, transportation, meals, schedules, and put together meaningful itineraries for them!
As a Volunteer Trip Coordinator in training
, you'll help with vendor/supplier research, outreach, data collection (spreadsheets), bookings, and day-to-day trip planning and coordination while learning the role. There is also room for a lot of upward mobility here to become a full-time Volunteer Trip Manager!
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
✅ Has advanced English and strong communication skills
✅ Is highly organized
, detail-oriented, and comfortable with deadlines
✅ Is confident using Google Sheets and online tools
✅ Has reliable internet, their own computer, and availability during American working hours
✅ Is eager to learn and grow within the role
Experience in project management, operations, logistics, or travel is a plus, but not required.

? Potential to grow to 32 hrs/week
? $6 –$ 8 USD/hour to start, with potential to reach $15/hour within one year
