Bluelight is expanding its team in León, Mexico, seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, the product team, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, writing stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring delivered solutions solve the core problem.
You’ll work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, playing a key role in scoping and estimating new projects.
