The Clarios Development Program - Research & Development is designed to provide recent graduates with broad exposure to our business, with an emphasis on Software, R&D; Laboratory, Systems, and Functional Safety & Cybersecurity.

Who We Are Looking For

- Recent college graduates with no more than one year of professional experience since completing their bachelor’s degree.

Experience

- Participation in international programs, multicultural projects, or student leadership/volunteering
- Strong analytical ability to solve problems and ability to learn quickly
- Design Thinking
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams with minimum guidance
- Previous internship/co-op experience desired
